Virtual Assistance Price List

Hourly Plan 

$25/hr - $50/hr depending on the project.

Invoice will be supplied with accurate accounts of all hours billed. Expenses will be billed separately.

Same day rush and/or weekend projects:
$35/hr.

Rates vary depending on the project. Contact us to get a quote for your project.

Monthly Retainers:

For our clients who require services on a ongoing basis, we offer a discounted hourly rate of  $20/hr. This is our standard rate, but it's negoitable.

Fee Structure - Retainer Services

20 hours per month at $20 per hour = $400 per month
(5 hours a week)

40 hours per month at $20 per hour = $800 per month
(10 hours a week)

Additional expenses incurred such as couriers, facsimiles, postage, long distance telephone calls, will be billed separately.

Billing Schedule and Payment Policy:

• Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. Invoices will be sent on the 15th and 30th or the last day of the month.

• Methods of payment accepted are pay pal, money order, and cashiers check. Personal check is accepted for established clients only.

• Original contract must be signed by all parties and be on file in our office prior to any work being performed. Faxed copy of contract is accepted for same day and rush projects and original contract will be mailed, but must be signed and mailed back immediately.

• There will be a $30 fee for returned checks.

• 50% deposit is required on large projects. Final payment must be made prior to deliver of completed work.

Receive one hour of free virtual assistance on your next project by referring a friend. All services must be rendered and payments received in full by in order to receive your free hour.
